Govt willing to explain agreement's benefits

Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra insists that the government is ready to explain its decision to back a Memorandum of Understanding between Thailand and Cambodia on both countries' overlapping maritime claims in the Gulf of Thailand.
