NEW YORK (PIX11) – Maxi's Noodle started as a pop-up in a family restaurant and soon took off on its own.

Now, the eatery has a pop-up at the popular Pearl River Mart Foods. Maxi Lau, the owner, and Joanne Kwong, from Pearl River Mart Foods, show off their favorite dishes on PIX11 Morning News.
