Agency urges proper disposal of fats, oils, grease this holiday season

BOWLING GREEN — As people cook for large gatherings this holiday season, the Northwestern Water & Sewer District is reminding people to be mindful of how they dispose of fats, oils, and grease to protect their plumbing and municipal wastewater systems.
