Community engagement lays a firm foundation for growth

Volunteer days are nice, but these three ways to engage the community are a better bet.

Community relations is often relegated to feel-good, warm, and fuzzy activities that make for great photo opps but lack widespread, long-term impact. I’m talking about activities like donating oversized checks to charities, sponsoring the high school soccer team’s jerseys, and hosting volunteer days for employees.
