Swedish weather agency upgrades weather warning as snowstorm set to continue

Sweden's weather agency SMHI upgraded the less serious yellow weather warning in Skellefteå and coastal areas of Västerbotten to an orange warning on Thursday, as more snow is due throughout the day and overnight into Friday.
