Exclusive: One-on-one with new NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch

NEW YORK (PIX11) – New York City Mayor Eric Adams on Wednesday announced that Jessica Tisch will become the new commissioner of the NYPD.

Tisch is the current commissioner of the New York City Department of Sanitation and is a 12-year veteran of the NYPD.

PIX11’s Nicole Johnson spoke one-on-one with Tisch about her vision for the police department.
