IAEA BoG opens meeting with Grossi's speech

TEHRAN, Nov. 20 (MNA) – International Atomic Energy Agency's Board of Governors has started its quarterly meeting on Wednesday in Vienna with its Director General Rafael Grossi's opening speech.
