Crisafulli Bros. acquires Simons Heating and Cooling

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Crisafulli Bros. Plumbing & Heating Contractors, Inc. have acquired Simons Heating and Cooling. Customers can expect the same care but with an added capacity and convenience, Crisafulli Bros. announced Tuesday.

Simons Heating and Cooling was founded in 2006 and has grown into a leader in heating, ventilation and air conditioning services for the North Country. Owners Jason McCormack and David Simons will remain in positions with Crisafulli Bros.

Crisafulli Bros., established in 1939, has become a leader in HVAC and plumbing services in the Capital Region. Both companies are combining their strengths to continue providing home services throughout Upstate New York, the announcement said.
