WATCH: FEMA director testifies on avoiding helping Trump supporters

The Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA, is under fire for allegedly having its workers avoid helping disaster victims if they had signs indicating they supported President Trump.

Its adminstrator, Deanne Criswell, is testifying before Congress on Tuesday to address the allegations.
