Krutoi presents draft decree on new powers of district authorities in Belarus 

 A draft decree to raise the status of chairmen of district executive committees in order to strengthen their role in the development of the districts was presented by Head of the Belarus President Administration Dmitry Krutoi at a meeting of the Presidium of the Belarusian People's Congress.
