US envoy arrives in Beirut to hold cease-fire talks

TEHRAN, Nov. 19 (MNA) – US special envoy Amos Hochstein early arrived in the Lebanese capital Beirut on Tuesday to resume cease-fire talks with top Lebanese officials.
