New unit's 1st case review excludes DNA from man convicted in 2019 of raping child

New DNA testing performed by a Pittsburgh laboratory from samples collected as part of a child rape case has revealed the presence of no DNA from the East Toledo man convicted and sentenced to life in prison in that case, the Lucas County Prosecutor’s Office announced Monday.
