Nintendo Switch Online players can grab an annual subscription for free with two-for-one ‘hack’

0

NINTENDO Switch Online is already one of the best-value subscription services.

Not only does it offer almost 300 Nintendo Switch Online games, but a year of Switch Online costs about the same as a month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or PS Plus Premium.

It also includes N64 games like Ocarina of Time
As well as DLC for popular games like Mario Kart

This holiday season, Switch Online is becoming even better value, as some Nintendo Switch players can grab two annual subscriptions for the price of one.

Even better, the deal applies to all tiers of the service, whether that’s the standard package or Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack.

Until Sunday, December 1, 2024, people in the UK will receive a bonus code for an annual subscription when they purchase one.

The annual subscription will match the tier you purchase, so if you buy the higher tier, you will receive a code for the + Expansion Pack subscription.

This offer applies to everyone in the UK, whether you already have a subscription or you’re a new subscriber.

All you need to do is actively purchase an annual subscription, whether you already have an active one or not.

If you allow your subscription to roll over, then you won’t receive your bonus annual code.

The offer is currently limited to the UK, but it’s not unusual for Nintendo to extend offers like this to other countries.

While we haven’t seen it apply to other regions yet, we recommend keeping an eye on Nintendo’s official social media accounts for your region.

Free Games

Nintendo Switch Online maintains a competitive price point because it only offers older games rather than recent releases.

However, Nintendo’s library of games is excellent with some of the best games of all time like The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 64, and Super Metroid.

If you’re worried about purchasing an annual Switch Online subscription shortly before the Switch 2’s release next year, there’s no need.

Nintendo has confirmed that Switch Online will still be available on the Switch 2 so you can continue using your subscription even if you upgrade to the upcoming console.
