Body found in search for missing woman, 62, last seen ‘walking in rain jacket’ after vanishing from home

A BODY has been found in the search for a missing woman last seen “walking in a rain jacket” after vanishing from her home.

Dyfed-Powys Police said: “We are saddened to confirm the body of a woman has been found during the search for missing 62-year-old Sally.

“She had been reported missing in Llanwrtyd Wells yesterday.

“Formal identification has not yet taken place, but her family has been informed of the development.

“Our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.

“Enquiries around the circumstances surrounding the death have commenced.

“Anyone with information that could help the investigation is asked to contact us.”
