Zee Entertainment shares surge over 6% as MD Punit Goenka resigns

Zee Entertainment Enterprises' shares rose 6.5% after Managing Director Punit Goenka resigned to focus on operational responsibilities assigned by the board. CFO Mukund Galgali will become Deputy CEO. Goenka will remain on the board. Zee's Chairman expressed confidence in Goenka's ability to deliver value in his new role.
