Did Trump Make RFK Jr. Eat a Big Mac?
Last week, shortly before Donald Trump appointed him to lead the Department of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. boldly pointed out that his future boss’s diet is “really, like, bad.” Trump’s food intake does famously consist mostly of Big Macs washed down with Diet Coke, but new evidence suggests RFK Jr. may not be waging war on seed oils and aspartame inside the White House. On Sunday, Donald Trump Jr. posted a photo of the boys — himself, his father, Elon Musk, House Speaker Mike Johnson, and a miserable-looking RFK Jr. — enjoying a massive McDonald’s spread on his private jet.

In the photo, RFK Jr. appears to be in physical pain, grimacing as he holds up his assigned box. Behind him, Don Jr. is proudly holding up an empty French-fry pouch like it’s a No. 1 son badge. “Make America Healthy Again starts TOMORROW,” Don Jr. wrote in the caption, a reference to the slogan Kennedy and Trump have been using since the former independent candidate threw his support behind Trump in August.
It is difficult to believe that any of RFK Jr.’s health-related ambitions start tomorrow, considering this gathering looks less like a last junk-food hurrah than a hazing ritual for your college’s weirdest frat. I guess diet soda probably isn’t going away anytime soon.
