NHL referee Mitch Dunning stretchered off after scary collision during Flyers-Avalanche game

Referee Mitch Dunning was stretchered off and taken to a hospital after he collided with Avalanche defenseman Josh Manson during a game against the Flyers at Wells Fargo Center.
