ZEE's Punit Goenka to resign as MD, stay on as CEO

Punit Goenka has stepped down as Managing Director of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. to focus solely on his role as CEO. Mukund Galgali, the current CFO, has been promoted to Deputy CEO. These changes come ahead of a shareholder vote on Goenka's reappointment as MD and CEO for a new term.
