The city diplomacy of Belarus and Germany aims to use all opportunities for dialogue for the sake of peace and harmony, Boris Batura, Chairman of the Board of the Belarusian public organization Twin Cities, said at the 12th meeting of representatives of the twin cities of Belarus and Germany in Minsk on 18 November.
