Europe's most wanted fugitives: Luxembourg and Europol seek fugitive wanted for €5 million fraud

The Luxembourg police, in collaboration with Europol, are searching for 57-year-old Frenchman Philippe Stanislas Antoine Wasila, wanted for fraud and organised crime involving approximately €5.4 million.
