Kohr Explores: Shop local and win big this holiday season

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Now through Dec. 15, you can win big while shopping locally.

The "Win Big" campaign by PDXSOS is working to bring community together and to help bring attention to small businesses.

KOIN 6 News' Kohr Harlan visited Budd + Finn, one of the stores participating in the event, to learn more.
