NGEL, OGL incorporate JV company to work in RE sector

NTPC and ONGC have formed a new company. The company is called ONGC NTPC Green Private Ltd. It will focus on renewable energy projects. The company will be a 50:50 joint venture. It will explore both domestic and international opportunities. ONGPL will also look into offshore wind projects in India.
