Grizzlies rookie C Zach Edey (ankle) exits game vs. Nuggets

Memphis Grizzlies rookie center Zach Edey exited during the second half of Sunday's win over the visiting Denver Nuggets with a left ankle injury.

Edey, the ninth overall pick of June's NBA draft, initially injured his ankle during the first half before re-aggravating it after halftime. He left with Memphis up 80-62 with 1:10 remaining in the third quarter and did not return.
