EC notices to BJP, Cong chiefs regarding Shah, RG

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has issued notices to BJP president J P Nadda and Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge seeking responses to alleged violations of the model code of conduct by their respective party leaders during election campaigns.
