Artillery shell hit UNIFIL headquarters in southern Lebanon

TEHRAN, Nov. 16 (MNA) – The UN peacekeeping mission in Lebanon (UNIFIL) on Friday said an artillery shell hit its headquarters in the western sector of southern Lebanon, but didn't explode.
