Boy, 14, stabbed in broad-daylight attack by teen rival as NYC youth violence continues

The younger teen was involved in a scuffle that began around 2 p.m. inside Taha Deli and Grill on Flatlands Avenue near East 81st Street in Canarsie – turning violent when his 15-year-old rival knifed him in the left leg, authorities and sources said.
