Jose Ramirez and Emmanuel Clase were both named to the All-MLB team. Somehow, this was Jose’s first time earning the honor

Dan Szymborski of FanGraphs began to release the ZiPS 2025 projections, always my favorite of the projection bunch, with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Jordan Montgomery is projected to put up a 3.98 FIP for anyone interested, as he is rumored to be on the trading block.
I hope you all saw our friend RickWaitsForNo1 in the comments yesterday make this epic pronouncement about offseason power rankings: “The Guardians eat offseason disrespect and poop division titles.”
I was happy to see site friend Mike Mahoney on BlueSky and others giving glowing reviews of their interactions and observations of new Guardians’ hitting coach Grant Fink. Apparently, another big piece is Jason Esposito, assistant hitting coach, who is well known for his ability to help make the input of analytics accessible to players. It’s the offseason, why not be optimistic?
Make sure you listen to Stephen Vogt talk about the Guardians’ coaching announcements.
Chase DeLauter ended his time in the Arizona Fall League with a bang. We’ll get you those final stats, shortly, but, for now, there’s this:

That’s about it for now. We’ll likely hear some more news around the non-tender deadline (November 19th) and the last day to add players to the roster so they cannot be selected in the Rule 5 draft (November 22nd).
