CCPA orders Ola Cabs to issue invoices after rides

The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has instructed Ola Cabs to issue travel bills to customers after rides. The CCPA has given Ola 15 days to comply. The authority is also investigating Ola Electric following numerous complaints about its products and services. The Bureau of Indian Standards will examine the complaints and report back to the CCPA.
