GRAP-III comes into force in Delhi as national capital continues to choke; Here's what is allowed and what's not

Due to severely deteriorating air quality in Delhi-NCR, the pollution watchdog implemented stage three of the GRAP. Starting Friday, measures include banning construction, restricting vehicle entry, and halting mining activities to combat pollution.
