Off-duty New York City employee arrested in the Bronx
THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An off-duty New York City employee was arrested Thursday evening, according to the NYPD.
Hazma Abdul Rahman was taken into custody around 6:36 p.m.
Abdul Rahman is an employee of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, police say.
He was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
