Man kills himself with blasts outside Brazil’s Supreme Court

TEHRAN, Nov. 13 (MNA) – Two explosions outside Brazil’s Supreme Court on Wednesday killed a man and forced the justices and staff to evacuate the building in the capital of Brasilia.
