Toledo mayor waves the checkered flag on the end of the 2024 roads program

Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz wants residents to know the city works hard to deliver on its promises, so he waved a checkered flag in the middle of Middlesex Drive to signal the end of the 2024 Residential Roads Program.
