Bawumia cannot be blamed for all happenings in gov’t; he’s just a deputy – Kufuor

Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has come to the defense of Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, arguing that it is unfair to hold him solely accountable for all the shortcomings of the ruling government.
