Foreign ministers of Belarus, Russia to meet in Brest on 21-22 November 

A joint meeting of the boards of the Foreign Ministries of Belarus and Russia will be held in Brest on 21-22 November,  Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing for the press.
