Karasin: Global multipolarity is in the making

We are witnessing the dawn of the global multipolarity, Chairman of Russia's Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs Grigory Karasin said at a joint meeting of the foreign affairs commissions of the upper houses of the Parliaments of Belarus and Russia in Minsk on 13 November.
