VIDEO: Israeli warplanes hit residential building in Beirut

TEHRAN, Nov. 13 (MNA) – Israeli warplanes struck two floors of a residential building in the Doha Amron area south of Beirut overnight, marking the first time the IDF has targeted this area, according to Lebanese reports.
