Here, we look at how Coleen, who took fellow Wag Rebekah Vardy to court for the major ‘”Wagatha Christie” trial back in 2022, and, looks younger than ever before.
Almost 20 years since she first burst on the scene, could the famous mum have gone under the surgeon’s knife to protect her youthful looks?
‘Natural’ features
Whilst Dr Vincent Wong, aesthetic doctor at Omniere hasn’t carried out procedures on Coleen, but speaking from experience – and using his trained eye – he suggests she may well have had cosmetic treatments to enhance her “natural features”.
Dr Vincent Wong tells Fabulous: “Coleen Rooney appears to be ageing beautifully, showcasing her natural features with what seems to be subtle enhancements from cosmetic treatments.
“It’s likely she’s had Botox to soften fine lines around her forehead and eyes, possibly giving her brows a slight lift.
“Her lips look fuller as well, suggesting she may have opted for dermal fillers for added volume.
“She may also have had dermal filler in her cheeks and mid-face to restore lost volume.”
Not only this, but Dr Vincent Wong says: “As well as that, it’s likely that Coleen is maintaining her skin with regular lifting and tightening treatments, such as Sylfirm X, which combines radiofrequency with microneedling to stimulate collagen production, target pigmentation, and improve skin texture for a firmer, more youthful look.
“Laser resurfacing treatments and a medical-grade skincare regimen might also be contributing to her healthy and glowing complexion.”
Not only may Coleen have had some non-surgical tweaks to ensure she looks jungle ready, but there are some simple fashion, hair, fitness and beauty tricks which could contribute to her enviable look too.
Ditching the WAG tag
Coleen first came to fame in the early noughties when she was still Coleen McLoughlin – the baby-faced girlfriend of the-then Everton player Wayne Rooney.
She ditched tracksuits for a more sophisticated style[/caption] She’s now all about blazers and and loafers[/caption]The WAG was no stranger to a tracksuit, and was regularly pictured in white and yellow velour numbers from Juicy Couture – a fashion staple of that era.
But, it has previously been reported that after becoming a mother, Coleen was keen to shed her image of being a footballer’s wife.
As a result, the star gave her wardrobe an epic overhaul – with the help of a stylist – for a more chic and relaxed style.
She’s always hated the WAG tag and its associations with big hair, fake tan, big lashes, flashy jewels, brash designer labels and bodycon dresses

A source told Heat magazine: “She has switched up her wardrobe a bit lately, as she’s keen to shake off the tacky WAG label once and for all.
“Wayne is a manager now, so she doesn’t want to be seen in the same way as the players’ wives.
“She’s always hated the WAG tag and its associations with big hair, fake tan, big lashes, flashy jewels, brash designer labels and bodycon dresses.”
Now, Coleen has shifted towards a more high-fashion look and is often pictured in blazers, loafers and the alike.
Through such attempts, the star is keen to shed her WAG roots for a more sophisticated style, which is more subtle than the luxury designer outfits she often rocked back in 2006.
All in the diet
To maintain her slender frame, Coleen adopts a strict sugar-free diet.

But as reported by Closer, when faced with challenging times, Coleen swapped comfort eating for a healthy lifestyle.
A source said: “When she’s endured difficult times with Wayne before, Coleen would often comfort eat. But she was determined not to go down that road.
“After these latest stories about Wayne, she decided to take control by prioritising a super-healthy lifestyle.
Coleen Rooney's surprising bad habit
COLEEN Rooney has revealed the embarrassing habit hubby Wayne reckons will annoy her I’m A celebrity campmates.
She’s usually preened and perfect – but the WAG has confessed she snores.
Coleen said: “I didn’t think I snored, but Wayne says I snore.
“Not continuously though – just every now and again.
“I have been in the public eye for over 20 years now and people take what they want from it.
“I do think people will get a better idea of what kind of person I am.”
“She hired a new nutritionist to help her cut out sugar, and switched to a low-carb diet of salads with fish or chicken and just lemon juice for dressing, asparagus-stuffed chicken breasts, courgette noodles and lots of sushi dishes with steamed vegetables instead of rice.
“She’s been snacking on almonds, berries, edamame beans and crudités.
“For breakfast, she’ll either have poached eggs and turkey bacon, or a protein shake before she starts her workouts. She feels great.”
Huge hair budget
The glamorous star has hair many of us are envious of – she’s always had very long locks and also enjoys rocking a curly bouncy blow dry.
Coleen loves a weekly blow dry[/caption]But now, the mum-of-four has bought back Victoria Beckham’s iconic WAG hair, with her fresh new trim.
Recently, the gorgeous star looked incredible on Instagram, as she shared snaps of herself advertising her new partnership with Applied Nutrition.
In the carousel of images, the busy mum donned her new hairstyle – as she cut her honey-blonde, famously long mane into a long bob.
Not only has she donned a new hairdo for her jungle stint, but it’s previously been reported that Coleen isn’t afraid to splash the cash in order to keep her hair looking fabulous.
As reported by Closer, the star, who has contributed an estimated £19million to her and Wayne’s joint £200million fortune, enjoys a weekly blow dry at The Style Lounge in Alderley Edge, working out at around £1,500 per year.

Workouts for washboard abs
As Coleen prepares to do battle in the I’m A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here! bikinis war, it’s no surprise that she’s had sessions with a personal trainer to get in tip-top shape.
The 38-year-old has switched from weight-based exercises to high-power Reformer pilates sessions ahead of her jungle appearance.
Her demanding workouts are an attempt to ensure she is in great shape if the cameras catch her showering in the jungle alongside Irish model Maura Higgins, 33.
Coleen has been working out at Rise Fitness Studios, posting pictures online showing off her moves on the Reformer machine – which features pulleys and ropes and is considered the hardest form of pilates.

She’s ditched spray tans and heavy make-up for a more natural look[/caption] Now, she wears tinted moisturiser instead of dark foundation[/caption]She previously told the Mirror: “I prefer a natural look. People overload themselves with make-up and bad hair extensions but you don’t always need it.
“You’ve got to believe in yourself. Confidence is a big thing.”
She explained that she prefers ‘natural’ make-up, as she added: “I’m not really a big make-up person. I love it, but I like to look natural during the day. Obviously you feel better with some on though.
“At night I like to emphasise my eyes and keep my lips neutral.
“My make-up artist Carlos doesn’t use foundation on me, just tinted moisturiser.
I don’t like that orange look

“It’s a great tip if you have dry skin and don’t want anything too cakey.”
Coleen also revealed the £2.99 high-street buy she swears by, as she shared: “I use Johnson 3-in-1 Wipes because they work.
“I hate waking up with big, black, panda eyes.”
And when it comes to her skin, you won’t find Coleen slapping on fake tan.
Instead, she swears by a visit to the salon for a natural glow, as she confessed: “I found a salon that does great, natural-looking St Tropez spray tans.
“Finding someone who can apply it properly is key. I don’t like that orange look.”
