Overwatch 2 players can grab Ringleader Reaper skin for free – here’s how it works

OVERWATCH 2 players are treated to a new epic skin they can grab for freе, as the game just got its mid-season content refresh.

To celebrate its Season 13 mid-season update, the game is running a Twitch Drops campaign that rewards players with the new Ringleader Reaper skin.

The Ringleader Reaper skin will be up for grabs via Twitch Drops until November 22[/caption]

The new skin will be up for grabs in the next 10 days, so you will surely get your chance to earn one.

Here’s how to grab the Overwatch 2 Ringleader Reaper skin via Twitch Drops.

How to get the Ringleader Reaper skin with Twitch Drops in Overwatch 2

The Overwatch 2 Season 13 Midseason campaign comes with four different rewards, including the Ringleader Reaper skin.

To grab the offered cosmetics, you have to watch a participating Overwatch 2 stream on Twitch for a set amount of time.

Here’s how long you need to watch streams on Twitch to get each drop from the Season 13 Midseason campaign:

• Ringleader Reaper Icon – watch for 4 hours
• Ringleader Reaper Spray – watch for 7 hours
• Ringleader Name Card – watch for 11 hours
• Ringleader Reaper Skin – watch for 15 hours

Your watch time counts towards each reward, so a total of 15 hours will complete the campaign and earn you all rewards, including the Ringleader Reaper skin.

Players have until November 22, 2024, at 7:58am UK time / 2:58 am ET to complete the Twitch Drops campaign and earn the new skin.

How to connect your Battle.net and Twitch accounts

Before you start watching, you may need to link your Twitch and Battle.net accounts. 

To do so, go to the main menu on Twitch by clicking your profile image, and select Drops & Rewards.

Go to All Campaigns, find the Season 13 Midseason campaign under Overwatch 2, and check if your connection status is shown as “Connected”.

If not, you can link your accounts from there by following the steps. Make sure you link the correct Battle.net account you use to play Overwatch 2, if you have more than one.

On the same page, you will also find a direct link to the participating streams, so you can start watching right away.

Once you start watching Overwatch 2 streams with Drops, the campaign will appear in the Inventory tab of the Drops & Rewards page.

From there, you can check your progress towards each reward, and claim your freebies when they become available.
