Varanasi declared no-fly zone ahead of Dev Deepawali festival

Varanasi will be a no-fly zone for five days. The restriction started on November 12. It will remain in effect until November 16. The city is preparing for the Dev Deepawali festival. Lakhs of devotees are expected to attend. The festival will take place on November 15. The no-fly zone is a security measure.
