Building explosion injures at least 11 in Louisville, Ky.

Authorities in Louisville, Ky., say at least 11 people were injured in an explosion and fire at a commercial building. Louisville Emergency services initially called it a “hazardous materials incident.” NBC News' Shaquille Brewster reports.
