18th Annual Operation Warm Coat Distribution: PNC Delivers More than 1,000 Coats to Children in NWPA

The distribution was  held at the Child Development Center on East 27th Street. Pre-school aged children came into the gymnasium, each with a card for their size, and could choose a brand new warm winter jacket.
