Crystal Palace open investigation into racial abuse of Daichi Kamada
November 11 – Crystal Palace have launched an investigation into allegations of racist abuse directed at midfielder Daichi Kamada following his red card against Fulham on Saturday.
The Japan international was sent off in the 76th minute for a reckless challenge on Fulham’s Kenny Tete, with Palace trailing 1-0 at the time. Fulham capitalised on the dismissal, securing a 2-0 win with goals from Emile Smith Rowe and Harry Wilson.
The club has not specified which group of supporters is implicated in the abuse allegations,
