Masked maniac caught on video trying to adbuct Hasidic Jewish boy, 6, from dad’s arms has dozens of arrests: cops

Stephan Stowe, 28, was picked up early Sunday and charged with attempted kidnapping – several hours after he senselessly tried to yank the young boy away from his dad on Kingston Avenue near Empire Boulevard in Crown Heights around 3:30 p.m. Saturday, police said.
