Book Review: Reader would be 'Damn Glad' to pick up a copy of actor Tim Matheson's new memoir
Actor-director Tim Matheson takes readers behind the scenes of more than a few of his hundreds of credits in the new memoir, “Damn Glad to Meet You: My Seven Decades in the Hollywood Trenches.” The book’s title is a nod to the recurring line Matheson delivers as Eric “Otter” Stratton, the Delta rush chairman in the 1978 comedy classic, “Animal House.” The 76-year-old transports readers to the sets of quite a few of his Hollywood gigs in what AP reviewer Mike Householder writes is an “enjoyable and illuminating” memoir. The 372-page “Damn Glad to Meet You" goes on sale Tuesday.
