Don't subject union minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to bailable warrant in defamation case: SC

The Supreme Court has halted the execution of a bailable warrant against Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and two other BJP leaders. The warrant was issued in a defamation case filed by Congress MP Vivek Tankha. The court will now hear Tankha's response to the BJP leaders' plea challenging the case.
