Are those figures taking into consideration the time it would take to compete the work?
You want to add 7000 seats to an old stand, that's going to take time. Even if you consider adding in sears in the corners.
Then there's the reduced capacity and revenue whilst work is going on around those areas.
I am sure they are going to improve the main stand though and I bet Nick has already identified ways of maximising space and revenue in stand though and can't wait to see the plans. Could listen to that guy talk building revontions all day.
