Indian submarine INS Vela visits Sri Lanka

Indian submarine INS Vela, commanded by Commander Kapil Kumar, arrived in Sri Lanka for a three-day visit. The visit aims to strengthen camaraderie between the Indian and Sri Lankan navies through joint activities and an awareness program.
