Mural taking shape on footbridge over Anthony Wayne Trail

After graffiti started appearing on the abutments of the Chessie Circle Trail’s bridge over the Anthony Wayne Trail in far southern Toledo, the traditional cure would have been to blank them out with paint approximating the structure’s beige color.
