Amid a housing crisis, 40-storey tower approved by London, Ont., council in 2021 has yet to start

A London, Ont., councillor expressed skepticism that Farhi Holdings Corp. would ever build a downtown tower approved in 2021, after an application to construct the mixed-use building and add 280 residential units to the city's core. More than three years later, the project still hasn't started.
