‘Best mate’ who held my hand at my husband’s funeral had been secretly sleeping with him & I made more sick discoveries
A WOMAN shared the shocking discovery she made about her husband after his funeral.
She revealed how he cheated on her with four different women throughout their marriage.
In her viral video, TikTok user Shuany (@shaunygirl) explained the situation for her followers.
The mum-of-two told her audience that one of the women her husband had been seeing behind her back was her best friend.
“Now, she held my hand at that funeral, she inserted herself right at the front with me,” she recalled.
“I really did lean on her for support at that time, which, considering what she had done to me, was just even more of a betrayal.”
While Shauny contemplated various forms of revenge, including hiring a plane with a banner detailing the affair to fly over her workplace, she ultimately decided to just cut her out of her life.
“I messaged her and I said: ‘Don’t ever speak to me again’ and she just said: ‘I’m sorry,'” she explained.
As if this betrayal wasn’t bad enough, Shauny said that her late husband’s phone revealed more than one affair.
She discovered that he had also been seeing a woman who lived “on the other side of town.”
While the TikToker didn’t feel the personal betrayal since she didn’t know the woman, she did describe how she continued to hurt her even after her husband’s funeral.
“What she did was disgrace, after his death, she was calling herself his girlfriend,” she explained.
“She put pictures of them all over her social media, she wrote a personal letter about their relationship, how in love they were, and she hand delivered that to my address.
“She did everything to try and steal the grief, she couldn’t just let me grieve in peace, she couldn’t let me be a mother to my children and on top of what she done, that is just unforgivable.”
As well as her best friend and the “grief thief,” Shauny’s late husband had also been sneaking around with the mum of their son’s classmate.
Shauny revealed that this woman worked as a hairdresser, and had even done her ‘do on the day of her wedding.
She acknowledged that the woman had her own mental health issues but added that they didn’t excuse her behaviour at the time of the affair.

They start to take their phone everywhere with them
In close relationships, it’s normal to know each other’s passwords and use each other’s phones, if their phone habits change then they may be hiding something.
Aaron says: “If your partner starts changing their passwords, starts taking their phone everywhere with them, even around the house or they become defensive when you ask to use their phone it could be a sign of them not being faithful.”
“You should also look at how they place their phone down when not in use. If they face the phone with the screen facing down, then they could be hiding something.”
They start telling you less about their day
When partners cheat they can start to avoid you, this could be down to them feeling guilty or because it makes it easier for them to lie to you.
“If you feel like your partner has suddenly begun to avoid you and they don’t want to do things with you any more or they stop telling you about their day then this is another red flag.”
“Partners often avoid their spouses or tell them less about their day because cheating can be tough, remembering all of your lies is impossible and it’s an easy way to get caught out,” says Aaron.
Their libido changes
Your partner’s libido can change for a range of reasons so it may not be a sure sign of cheating but it can be a red flag according to Aaron.
Aaron says: “Cheaters often have less sex at home because they are cheating, but on occasions, they may also have more sex at home, this is because they feel guilty and use this increase in sex to hide their cheating. You may also find that your partner will start to introduce new things into your sex life that weren’t there before.”
They become negative towards you
Cheaters know that cheating is wrong and to them, it will feel good, this can cause tension and anxiety within themselves which they will need to justify.
“To get rid of the tension they feel inside they will try to convince themselves that you are the problem and they will become critical of you out of nowhere. Maybe you haven’t walked the dog that day, put the dishes away or read a book to your children before bedtime. A small problem like this can now feel like a big deal and if you experience this your partner could be cheating,” warns Aaron.
Finally, she revealed that her husband had also been sleeping with the daughter of his business partner, who also happened to be married to a friend of his.
Shauny forwarded the incriminating messages between the two to the woman’s husband.
Despite her difficult circumstances, she said she has decided that “moving on is the best revenge I could have.”
